Two children with his wife, actress Elisabeth Shue: son Miles William was born [11 November 1997] and daughter, Stella Street, was born weighing 6 lb, 7 oz. [19 March 2001]
While at Brown University, he was a member of the all-male a cappella group, "The Brown Derbies".
Davis and Elisabeth became the parents of their third child, a girl named Agnes Charles Guggenheim, on June 18, 2006.
